Thanks to Tagger's integration with Meta, you can connect your Instagram Creator Accounts to see and respond to Instagram DMs.
Connecting DMs of your Instagram Account
Find the appropriate option in "Connections" box in your Profile Settings.
Please make sure that your Instagram Creator Account DM settings allow third-party apps to access your messages. Here's how to do it:
Navigate to Settings & Privacy for your Instagram Business Profile.
Scroll down and find Messages and story replies.
Tap Message controls.
Make sure that Allow Access to Messages under Connected Tools is turned to ON.
Please keep in mind that without the above adjustment in your Instagram Settings, you will not be able to see your DMs in Tagger.
