Sharing access to Profiles
Updated over a week ago

Requesting Access

When the account you’re trying to connect has already been connected by another user (for example, your manager or you from another account), you can still gain access and manage it from your account.

This allows both you and the other user to access the same Profile (e.g., Profile Data, Notifications, Campaigns) from two different accounts.

Once you complete the connection flow, you may see a screen similar to the one below.

The account you’re trying to connect is already connected by another User.

This situation is only possible when both you and the other user have access to one of the Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube present on the Profile and can complete the Tagger for Creators' connection flow.

At this point, you can “Request Access” to this Profile. Profile Owner will receive an email and in-app notification with the ability to accept or reject requests.

Once the request is accepted, you can see the new Profile’s data on your account.

Sharing access

To request Profile access, the other user must have completed the connection flow and confirmed their access to one of the Social Media accounts present on this Profile.

When you receive request to share access to the Profile you can accept or reject the request.
